- Scale touching wall or desk
- Leveling feet not screwed tightly
- Scale on deep plush carpet

- Move away from wall or desk
- Tightly screw in all four leveling feet
- Move to harder surface

Incorrect weights |
- Scale is out of calibration

- Follow calibration instructions

LB/KG button does not function |
- Button lock has been activated
- Height has been set in BMI mode before user stands on platform
